Method

Golden Passport Record tracks citizenship-by-investment programmes using programme websites, laws and regulations, government gazettes, regulator notices and statements by bodies such as the European Commission and courts. Reputable news reporting is used to date events, and is labelled.

• Every figure shows the date it was checked. Programmes change minimums and fees often.
• Amounts are the official minimums. They exclude agents' fees and other private costs.
• We do not sell, promote or rank programmes, and we take no fees from agents or governments.
